What is InSoFast?

Unlike open-cell foam insulation, InSoFast closed-cell foam insulation is non-porous, making it difficult for water vapor and air to pass through it. It is stronger and denser and able to carry heavier loads than open-cell foam. It also provides almost twice the insulating R-value per inch. "R" means resistance to heat flow. The higher the R-value, the greater the insulating power.
The InSoFast UX 2.0 Panel is 2-inches thick with a flat surface that exposes the face of the embedded studs.
