The CX44 panel has a 2” depth and an R-value of 11. The panels are installed horizontally, and the two embedded studs line up against the corrugated ridges following an 11” repeating pattern.

InSoFast InSerts – Sidewall, End Wall, Ceiling
InSoFast InSerts work in conjunction with interior panels. The InSerts fill the recessed spaces of the corrugation, creating a flat surface, and the UX 2.0 or EXi 2.5 panels follow for an airtight insulated system.

- Sidewall (40′ Standard) 2.0 Flat Panel-Bundle includes materials for ONE wall of a standard container. The bundle contains 90 side wall inserts and 40 UX 2.0 panels for a price of $1,050.20.
InsoFast LowPro Embedded Studs
The CX-LP studs from InSoFast work with the corrugation as well. The installation includes attaching the studs to the ribs of corrugation, filling recesses with InSerts, and spanning the gap with a rigid foam board of your choice.
