InSoFast Shipping Container Insulation Panels
We have engineered InSoFast CX Container Panels specifically for the side walls of most shipping containers to take the hassle out insulating and framing. Their thin profile takes up only two inches of interior space. They feature built-in framing and electrical raceways and provide R-11 insulation.
The 44” x 24” panels fit the width between the weld seams on the long side walls of the container and are set up for an 11-inch repeating pattern of corrugation. They are installed horizontally with the studs running vertically so that the studs adhere to the interior facing ribs of the container.
InSoFast InSerts for side walls, end walls, and ceilings are specifically shaped sleeves of EPS foam that are designed to close up the container’s corrugation air gaps. Once glued in place, they can be covered with full InSoFast UX 2.0 or InSoFast EXi 2.5 panels to provide a smooth backing for drywall and other wall finishes.
